We landed in Beijing and the fun began. This is our account of the trip which included: Tian An Men Square, the Palace Museum (also known as the Forbidden City), Beijing Olympic venues, the Great Wall, Ming Tombs, Temple of Heaven, Pearl Market, Summer Palace, Hutong Tour, Shanghai, Suzhou, Tiger Hill, Grand Canal, Suzhou Silk Factory, National Embroidery Institute, Lingering Garden, West Lake, Green Tea Plantation, Lingyin Temple, and many many other sights. |
